We had two amazing retreats in the most fantastic part of Colombia - Tayrona Park, Sierra Nevada. Each retreat happened at two locations - by the water and in the mountains.

RAW VITALITY WEEKEND IN THE HAMPTONS: Yoga and Raw Food Retreat

We had a wonderful long-weekend getaway in the Hapmtons. This retreat was focused on revitalizing raw foods and daily yoga. We had a guest teacher focusing on female fertility and belly dancing.
