My name is Analea, and I am a certified holistic health coach, yoga teacher, vegan chef, and quantum mind-body therapist (an elevated form of life coaching). My natural healing journey led me to found Be Vital You and guide clients to their most vital selves.
From my teenage years, I struggled with various health issues. By my early 20s, my immune system was severely compromised, and my health had deteriorated. Realizing I needed to take full responsibility for my well-being, I firmly decided to heal naturally. I committed fully to a holistic health journey, and within a year, I was able to stop all medications—remaining completely medicine-free since 2011.
Today, I help busy professionals naturally regain their vitality. Through mindset shifts and a scientifically-backed approach to whole-food nutrition, I guide my clients in unlocking their full potential and achieving lasting health transformations—often sooner than they ever expected.

After 12 days fasting on herbs I called Analea who advised me to continue my cleanse on anti-Candida program. Analea Manakai is professional wellness and food consultant, very helpful and amazing!
