High-Speed Blender

Vitamix and Blendtech are both great options for high-speed blenders. I have Vitamix, and I love it! It is my favorite, and I am a Vitamix loyal fan. Nutribullet is also a good start at a more affordable rate. However, investing in a great quality high-speed blender will save you time, inspire you to be more creative in the kitchen, and improve your cooking skills. I highly recommend investing in a good one if you can.

Nutribullet - a great budget-friendly blender with multiple cups.

Vitamix Explorian Series - basic model, not as powerful a motor for my chef's needs personally, but still a fantastic product if you are on a budget and want to start with Vitamix.

Vitamix Professional 5200 has a more powerful motor. I personally also prefer a tall, narrow container cup in this one. It allows you to blend smaller quantities of food.

Food Processor

I've had a Cuisinart for many years, which does the primary job well. Choose the cup/container cup size according to your needs. I have two food processors- the large 14-cup and the small one - 4 cups. If you don’t have a big family or you do batch cooking, an 11-cup will also be a great choice.

Rice Cooker (small)

You don’t need a separate rice cooker if you have an Instant Pot. I do not have an Instapot. For a quick, small portion of rice, quinoa, or oats, this little rice cooker is very handy. It is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead, and cadmium.

Electric Glass Kettle with Temperature Control

I prefer an electric kettle with various temperature settings. The ideal temperature for boiling water for tea is 180F, at which point the tea leaves will not overboil and will preserve their qualities. Hot boiling water destroys the leaves, and having a preferred setting helps to save time by not waiting for the boiling water to cool down. Plus, it keeps the water at the set temperature for some time.

Steamer for Vegetables

Steaming vegetables is the healthiest alternative to boiling, cooking, baking, and frying. Lightly steamed vegetables are easier to digest, and they still preserve more nutrients.

Pans and Pots

It is best to invest in a good-quality set when it comes to pans and pots that come in direct contact with food. All the toxic materials in your pots and pans are leeching directly into your food at high heat temperatures.

Stainless steel pans are the best, and cast iron is the healthiest. For pots, choose either stainless steel or glass. I love glass pots.

Glass Pots (I bought a similar brown glass pot set from a French brand, Luminarc, which no longer sells them on Amazon). Attached is a link to a similar brand made in France. However, I have not tested these particular pots, so I can’t guarantee their durability.
