Hi, I am Analea. I am a health coach, detox specialist, yoga teacher, and plant-based chef.

I offer 1:1 support, workshops, retreats, and coaching in person and virtually.

Since I was a teenager, I had chronic sinusitis, never-ending migraines, and other health imbalances. I have been taking antibiotics since I was thirteen, and by my mid-20s, I already had a severely compromised immune system. I also developed knee arthritis. I was feeling tired, stressed, and unproductive. At that point, I realized I needed to find ways to heal my body naturally.

I first found yoga practice and it became a turning point on my wellness journey. Thanks to my yoga teacher, who kept saying in every yoga class t, “To have radiant health and also to succeed in yoga practice and meditation, one must give up eating all animal products.” It took me a year to finally decide to give up eating all animal-derived products. I changed my diet to fresh, organic, and plant-based meals with a once or twice-a-year juice detox. As a result, I started to see significant improvements in my health. Within a year, I was able to give up all antibiotics and ultimately get off all the medications. For over a decade, I have been entirely medicine-free and continue thriving on plants.

I studied at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition and received my certification as a holistic health coach. I am currently studying at the HMI Nutrition School for my second certification as a plant-based holistic health coach.

When working with clients, I use over a decade of personal experience and professional training to help them regain their health. You can reduce stress and anxiety, heal ongoing health issues, have more energy, and live a life of vitality. I will show you and guide you on how you can achieve your best state of health and wellness!
