Join Analea for a 3-course Cooking Class and shared meal. You will learn 5 recipes in total! This is an interactive, fun, and educational culinary experience, where we will prepare all the meals together as a team. You will also learn about the nutritional benefits of the ingredients as we cook along.
On the menu will be: Garbanzo Bean Mock Chicken Salad With Red Grapes; Red Lentil Tortillas with Oyster Mushrooms Carnitas and Tzatziki Sauce, Vegan "Crabless" Cakes.
All the ingredients are organic, gluten-free, and refined sugar-free. Join Analea for a soulful cooking class and gathering around nourishing food.
