What is the difference between maintaining your body vs your car?

It is pretty obvious that for our cars to run well we need to maintain it well too.

So how do we take care of our cars?

We take it for at least once year oil changes, tire rotations, air filters, etc.

Why?

Because we want it to run smoothly.
We don’t want it to stop working suddenly.
We want to feel safe while having the best performance.

We use the best quality fuel because we know it will sever us better in a long run.

So why do we not treat our bodies the same way?

Our bodies are no different than cars!

We also want to “operate” at our best, have a clear body and mind, have lots of energy, and perform well.

So what do we need to do instead of an oil change, or filling ourselves with high-quality “fuel”?

Well, we need to fill our body with the same amazing quality foods and fresh organic juices. No compromises here.

If we want to feel great we need to fuel ourselves with daily organic juices.

Once a year we also need to do a juice cleanse together with the parasite cleanse. It is a must to be done-every-year minimal maintenance.

Because we all have parasites. And we need to clean our bodies from these nasty energies- and nutrient-sucking creatures once a year.
