Why Apple Cider Vinegar Might Not Be as Healthy as You Think
The hype about ACV can be really damaging to your health.
I personally have not been drawn to anything too vinegary. When eating out, salads usually slayed with tons of vinegar/balsamic dressing were not something I was enjoying, and was always asking for dressing on a side so I could control the amount of the dressing.
So what is Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV) and why it’s is actually not healthy for you?
ACV is apples mixed with yeast.
Then this yeast converts sugars into alcohol.
Then also bacteria are also added to the mix.
Then it is getting fermented into acetic acid.
So, anything with yeast and alcohol will create an acidic environment.
In an acidic environment, all diseases grow.
Also, any yeast causes Candida overgrowth.
Candida overgrowth in turn is the underlying cause of all diseases.
When looking closer at ACV:
- ACV has a low pH balance of 3.0
- It dehydrates your tissues and organs
- It depletes your body of minerals
- It damages the thyroid
- It contains 5-6% of acetic acid that is damaging to your bones, kidneys, and liver.
What is the best way to add that sour taste to all your recipes?
🍋Add fresh lemon or lime juice. It’s really the best way to enhance the flavors of all dressings, sauces, and other recipes.
The same goes for Balsamic vinegar. Most of them contain lead. Which is even more poisoning than the vinegar component of it.
Both ACV and Balsamic can also erode teeth enamel.
One of the symptoms you have Candida overgrowth is having cravings for all things vinegary, pickled, and fermented. That’s a jar of store-bought salsa that is also very acidic b it is so addictive. Why do you have such cravings? Because yeast and parasites flourish in this type of acidic environment and they want more of it, so hence the cravings come.
Use simple lemon or lime juice instead all vinegary things. It’s so refreshing, healthy, and delicious.
