Wellness Routine #1 - Lemon Water

My number one is drinking a 32 oz jar of warm filtered water with a squeeze of lemon juice in it.
I haven’t built my routine rituals all at once. They’ve been gradually compounding over time.
✅Lemon water.
I started with water lemon first thing in the morning years ago.
This was the first healthy habit I added.
Now I can’t go a day without it. Even if I travel, I make sure I’d stop by a grocery store first thing to get a few things such as lemons and filtered water. Or have a Whole Foods delivery to your hotel.
Warm 32oz of water. Not hot but just warm. Squeeze 1/2 of lemon juice. Drink with a glass straw to protect the teeth’ enamel.
